The Peace of Mind
Is worth every penny.
Imagine a 100-pound dog gentle enough to lay with a baby, calm enough to stand a room full of rowdy 7-year-olds, yet ready to take down a foe at the first sign of trouble.

That dog would be none other than a Harrison K-9* European German Shepherd. Trained in homes in Germany from the age of eight weeks, these Schutzhund-certified animals then undergo specialized obedience training at Harrisons 25-acre complex in Aiken, South Carolina.

Training includes advanced obedience, personal and executive protection, tracking and home search for intruders, and other special skills. Most of Harrisons trainers are female. They seem to be more in tune with the animals, and women are usually the ones in charge of the dog, says Harrison Prather, whos been training high-caliber protection dogs for more than 38 years. The price tags not cheap $30,000 to $60,000; but ask any of Harrisons thousands of satisfied customers the peace of mind is worth every penny.
